About Curby Marshall

I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over 6 years now. My interest began with my soccer career and took off when I began studying Exercise Science in college. Two of my biggest passions are fitness and education and training gives me an avenue to live out both.

I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and hold a Personal Training certification through ACE. In addition to those, I’m also a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer. These various training styles have helped me develop a training arsenal that accommodates people of all different backgrounds and abilities.

Why Train With Me?

When training with me, you should expect a very thorough and effective prescription of workouts that are tailored towards your goals. In addition to workouts, I also provide nutritional assistance as to how we can alter your diet so that it’s healthy and enjoyable.

I communicate regularly with my clients and treat them as friends, so you can also expect a “hey how’s your day going?”, it doesn’t always have to be fitness related. Lastly, you should expect results. My goal is to empower a better you, and with proper eating habits paired with superb training, you have a recipe for undeniable success…aka The Curb Appeal.
